How can I initiate a return for a product I purchased from you?

Our returns policy has a duration of 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All hardware must be in its original packaging, including any outer sleeves that contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware returns without these packaging components. Any free gifts or samples included with your purchase are yours to keep.

Please send us an email with your return request, providing your original order number and the reason for returning the item(s) in question. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed with sending back the items (subject to returns approval).

If your return request is approved, please ensure that you package the items securely to prevent damage during transit. You can use materials like old newspapers for padding

Exceptions:
Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks/Atomisers/Pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Vape Kits that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item, the quickest and easiest method is to place a new order for the desired item and then contact us via email for instructions on returning the unused items for a refund. This way, you will receive the correct items promptly, and we will process your refund once the returned items are received by us.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, assuming everything is in order, we will refund the value of the product (excluding any original postage charges) back to the original payment method used. Please allow a few days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund within seven working days after returning your items, please contact us first to confirm that we have received the items. If we have received them and processed your refund, please reach out to your card issuing bank or company. Keep in mind that it may take some time before the refund is officially credited back to your account. Sale or Clearance Items:
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
